Sr Manager Productivity Transformation Finance is infused into every single aspect of our multibillion-dollar global organization. The Sr Manager Productivity Transformation will support the North America Region with business support with L3 Productivity Council team to improve Productivity pipeline to align with NA Master Plan. This individual will oversee and validate major Sourcing/Repatriation Productivity Projects for NA. In addition, this person will implement a COGS sourcing model and digitize this information into the Lowest Landed Cost tool for NA. This individual will review and Govern LE process on all Canada ARs that go through NA Governance providing financial oversight and validation. Further, this person will provide Latest estimate reporting (RF) including risks and opportunities to the P&L with respect to Trials and start up (TSU), and Capital related Expense (CRE) NA. They will be responsible for building and owning these budgets. At times, this person will support monthly closing activities related to SCR projects and any ad hoc analysis as required. This position provides the candidate with opportunities to lead and execute assigned project tasks, while working in a team environment and interacting with multiple functions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partner with L3 Productivity Council team to improve Productivity pipeline to align with NA Master Plan. Oversee and validate major Sourcing/Repatriation Productivity Projects for NA. Digitization of NA SKU level cost of goods sold plans into lowest landed Cost Tool for visibility to uncover future productivity opportunities. Oversee and Financial validate R&P productivity projects, such include density reductions, downsizes and PPA. Link between the BD/PCM organization, Category Finance, and the NA Finance S&T team. Support projects as defined by the S&T Masterplan (ad-hoc). Provide financial support to AR Project Governance for Canada, and US. Review and Govern LE process on all Canada ARs that go through NA Governance providing financial oversight and validation. Build annually the Trials and Start up budget (NA), define new processes enhancements and documentation, and help manage and mitigate variance impact to P&L. Provide Latest estimate reporting (RF models) including risks and opportunities to the P&L with respect to Trials and start up (TSU), and Capital related Expense (CRE) NA. Support monthly closing activities of SCR Projects with S&T Transformation Capex Projects Team. Support other ad hoc tasks as assigned, 09/SAC implementation, and Clif integration. Manage large complex teams and manage 2 direct reports Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred At least 5+ years of relevant Finance experience 1 to 2 years of experience in Financial Analysis in either Accounting/Finance preferred MSC/Product costing background FCMG preferred Fluent in English Spanish preferred but not required

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
