Impact:

As a Project Manager, organizing the details, working with others and completing project is rewarding and comes natural to you. You welcome the opportunity to be the driving force, responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within set deadlines and budgets. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project management, including coordinating team members, assessing project requirements, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

§ Oversee project by developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets. § Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. § Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project delivery. § Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and ensure alignment with project goals. § Manage and motivate multiple project team members to meet project milestones. § Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them. § Communicating with Executives to keep the project aligned with their goals. § Participate in the recruitment and hiring of additional team members. § Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors. § Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change. § Conduct project evaluations and assessment of results. § Write reports and summaries of activity to governing entities. § Perform other duties as assigned. Who you are and What you will bring: § A passion for improving the healthcare of patients. § Bachelor’s degree required § Proven work experience as a Project Manager preferred but not required. § Excellent organizational and time management skills. § Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. § Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. § Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. § Excellent writing skills, some experience with grant writing is a plus. § PMP certification is a plus but not required.
