Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate roofing projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure all project requirements are met. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets. Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or roofing industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to read and interpret project blueprints and specifications. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
