Dynamic Architectural Firm located in Somerset County, NJ seekswell polished and motivated Architectural Project Coordinator forDirect Hire opportunity. Salary up to $60,000 Seeking candidates with minimum of 1 year experience in anarchitectural office setting Candidate must have the ability to communicate clearly in bothwritten and graphic formats. Projects range in scale from newbuilding construction to capital improvements
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Development of projects under the guidance of an Architect orProject Manager, through any of the schematic, design development,construction document, bidding, or construction administrationphases.
- Direct interaction with clients and/or consultants as required tocoordinate various aspects of a project.
- Participation in on-site tasks, including existing conditionverification and construction phase administration.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
- Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelors or Masters degree inArchitecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience with Revit, Photoshop, and Sketchup is preferred.
