Oversee and design a wide variety of land development projects—residential, commercial, educational, and mixed-use Manage and develop site layouts, grading, stormwater systems, erosion and sedimentation control plans Conduct site investigations and interpret state and local engineering design standards Prepare and/or assist with concept plans, subdivision plans, site plans, and technical reports Regularly coordinate with contractors, clients, sub-consultants, and internal team members
Qualifications:
NJ P.E. License Preferred E.I.T. Certification Required 5 – 10+ years of relevant experience in civil/site design Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software (HydroCAD or similar) Experience with land development and site design Knowledge of stormwater management, grading, erosion & sediment control, and utility design Familiarity with NJDEP regulatory permitting, subdivision, and site plan approvals
