Job Description
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support our supply chain insourcing integration efforts. This role will be responsible for delivering key strategic priorities, managing change initiatives, and overseeing budget spend in 2025. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in supply chain, quality, data engineering, and customer service quality functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Implementation:
Lead the implementation of insourcing strategies to transition operations efficiently.
Change Management:
Develop and execute change initiatives to support seamless transitions and stakeholder alignment.
Spend Management:
Oversee budget planning and execution, ensuring full utilization in 2025.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Lead teams across supply chain, quality, data engineering, and customer service quality to drive project success.
Business Case Development:
Spearhead network assessments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate feasibility and impact.
Distributor Implementation:
Lead the onboarding of a new external distributor and develop standardized processes and documentation for future scalability.

Provide change management expertise for key strategic initiatives within the organization.
