Role:
TheProject Manager
- Operations will play a crucial role in ensuringthe successful execution of operational projects within theorganization.
This position manages and performs daily spreadingoperations and performs daily sampling requirements to ensureregulatory compliance. This position also performs dailyoperational tasks and safety functions. The Project Manager willperform daily preventative maintenance and complete minor repairsassociated with on-site processing equipment. By implementing bestpractices in project management, this role will drive efficiencyand effectiveness in operations. Ultimately, the Project Managerwill contribute to the overall success of the organization bydelivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
MinimumQualifications:
Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator Ability toanalyze mechanical issues and adept at problem solving Provenexperience in project management, with a minimum of 3 years in anoperations-focused role. Strong understanding of project managementmethodologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity withproject management software and tools. Experienced operatingvarious types of
Heavy Equipment MSHA CertificationResponsibilities:
Perform loading, unloading, and timely deliveryof material to assigned/approved destination. Conduct dailyinspections and perform preventative maintenance on the equipment.
Perform site clean-up, maintenance, and equipment/tools setup.
Maintain operation records. Perform daily operational tasks andsafety functions. Lead and manage multiple operational projectsfrom initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines andbudgets. Coordinate with various departments to gather projectrequirements and facilitate effective communication throughout theproject lifecycle. Monitor project progress, identify potentialrisks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successfuloutcomes. Continuously evaluate project processes and outcomes toidentify areas for improvement and implement the best practices.
