Architectural Project Manager Position Available In Union, New Jersey

We’re looking for a talented and driven Architectural Project Manager to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful mixed-use and multi-family residential projects from concept through construction. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, collaborate with in-house engineers, and help shape the built environment through thoughtful design and technical excellence. What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day project activities and oversee junior team members. Lead design development and construction documentation using Revit. Conduct zoning and building code analysis, site planning, and 3D visualizations. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases. Participate in job site visits, technical detailing, and interdisciplinary collaboration (C, S, M, E, P). Support proposal development, presentations, and in-house training initiatives. What We’re Looking For 3-8 years of experience in mixed-use and multi-family residential architecture. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Solid understanding of building codes, construction systems, and detailing.
