Event Project Manager propNspoon 970 New Brunswick Avenue, Rahway, NJ 07065 Company Overview Corporate Event Creative Project Manager (Rahway, NJ) New York / New Jersey prop/Scenic/furniture rental & custom fabrication company is offering a behind the scenes TV/movie, photography, tradeshow, and special events opportunity for an energetic individual. We are seeking an corporate event project manager in working onprojects from initial concept through completion.

Responsibilities:

1. An ability to read and understand plans, blueprints & drawings 2. Maintain records, manage costs, manage scope of projects 3. Proficient in MS office 4. Handle high pressure, dynamic and shifting environments 5. Ability to clearly communicate with various creative clients across multiple disciplines; including theatre, visual merchandising, tradeshow and/or museum personnel

Requirements:

1. Working knowledge of materials like; wood, mdf, plexiglass, steel, aluminum, fabric, etc. 2. Working knowledge and understanding of carpentry, moldmaking, metal work and scenic paint treatments 3. Able to work in a fast pasted environment and thrive 4. Detail oriented person 5. Ability to work and communicate well with others 6. Able to multi-task 7. Be extremely organized 8. Have a clean work ethic 9. 5yr min experience

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
