New Jersey The Role:
As a Roofing Project Coordinator , you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your organizational skills and hands-on approach will keep our teams on track, our clients happy, and our reputation strong.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate roofing projects from scheduling to completion Manage materials, track deliveries, returns, and inventory Document progress with photos, invoices, and updates in AccuLynx Visit job sites daily to oversee quality and resolve issues Liaise between clients, crews, and office teams for flawless communication Pitch in physically (lifting up to 100 lbs, cleanup, etc.) when needed Requirements 1+ year in construction coordination or project support (roofing experience a plus) Tech-savvy with tools like AccuLynx, Excel, or project software Organized multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments Strong communicator—you’ll be the glue between teams Problem-solver who adapts to changes on the fly Bilingual; Spanish Benefits $20
