Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager who will support our client on a multi-year project to transition from an existing custom-developed Identity and Access Management (IAM) system to a new IAM solution incorporating Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). The new solution will integrate with an existing platform that supports over 20 applications used by approximately 30,000 users across state government, local government, and vendors. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all project management artifacts and will play a key role in coordinating with technical and business teams to develop and maintain the project schedule and manage the change for business customers.

Duties:

Serve as the Project Manager for the IAM transition project. Develop and manage the project schedule in coordination with both technical and business teams. Manage all project management artifacts, including: Project scope Project plans Communication and stakeholder management Risk register Issues log Support plan Support the transition to the new IAM product. Oversee change management activities for business customers.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. 6+ years managing large complex PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades and other projects which use PeopleSoft applications. 6+ years of experience in designing and maintaining project plans for multiple projects. 2+ years of experience using a variety of tools for project tracking and reporting (e.g., MS Project or similar tools). 2+ years of experience preparing presentations and presenting project information to various levels of stakeholders including but not limited to Executive Management, Operational staff, line staff, etc. Experience managing a technical project with a large change management effort for multiple customers. Experience with agile project methodology Experience managing a project to implement Identify Access Management and/or Multi
