Albany, NY 12242 Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a Civil Works Contract, including planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction and project leadership. ______________ Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil construction projects (e.g., roads, utilities, drainage, foundations).
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Monitor site performance, quality, and safety compliance.
• Resolve site issues and manage change orders efficiently.
• Report progress to management and stakeholders.
