Less than five (5) years’ experience with major project or organization. Associate or Bachelor’s degree. JIRA Expertise including experience with project setup, administration, and workflow management Experience in generating and analyzing reports using
JIRA PREFERRED
Less than five (5) years’ experience of general IT system experience or formal training or education with IT systems. Two (2) years’ experience with Healthcare systems. Any certifications and experience with process improvement techniques (such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PDCA cycles, and Kanban), Project Management, Business Analysis, ITIL or similar. Master’s Degree.
Responsibilities JIRA Updates:
Input, update, and maintain project and issue data in JIRA. Ensure all project details, tasks, and issue status are updated accurately and timely.
JIRA Daily Hygiene Confirmation:
Conduct daily checks to confirm JIRA data integrity. Identify and resolve discrepancies or error in JIRA entries. Ensure compliance with established data entry standards and protocols.
Reporting:
Develop and generate regular reports from JIRA for project stakeholders. Analyze JIRA data to recognize patterns and trends for reporting purposes. Collaborate with project managers and team leads to understand reporting needs and provide actionable insights. Provide detailed descriptions of defects, expected vs. observed behavior, steps to reproduce, and supporting evidence. Follow established defect management processes and collaborate on defect resolution strategies.
Collaborative Support/Communication:
Serve as the primary contact for JIRA-related queries and issues. Provide training and support to team members on JIRA best practices and usage. Provide supplemental testing support to client’s UAT execution efforts. Coordinate with client and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and resolution of testing-related issues.
Continuous Improvement:
Suggest and implement process improvements related to JIRA and data management and reporting. Stay updated on JIRA updates and features to leverage them for enhanced productivity.
