The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that real estate management projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our quality standards. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases. Translate Spanish to English Coordinate project activities and resources, acting as a liaison between various stakeholders, including contractors and tenants. Utilize WhatsApp to manage repairs Support contract management processes, including reviewing terms and conditions to mitigate risks. Monitor building activities to ensure adherence to safety regulations and housing quality standards. Participate in project meetings, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues that arise. Experience Spanish speaking is a MUST. Ability to translate proficiently. Well-versed in Apple computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Proven experience in project coordination or management within the construction and real estate industry is preferred. Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and tools is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
