Role:
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Construction team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in using project management tools to drive operational efficiency. You’ll be responsible for managing invoicing, purchase orders, vendor payments, and coordinating project timelines using industry-standard platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage purchase orders and vendor invoices Track and reconcile vendor payments and billing activity Maintain and analyze large Excel spreadsheets for financial reporting Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.) to organize and interpret data Leverage project management tools (e.g., Sitetracker, MS Project, Salesforce, Jira, Workfront) to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and team collaboration Support the Construction team with administrative and project-related tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data filtering, formatting) Proven experience with project management platforms (Sitetracker, MS Project, Salesforce, Jira, Workfront, or similar) Experience with invoicing and purchase order management Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting Excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
