Refrigeration Project Manager Owen Thomas Group Bronx, NY 10467 Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a solid background in construction management. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with specifications. Duties Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinate project schedules and manage resources effectively to ensure timely completion. Utilize tools such as ProCore, Primavera, and Civil 3D for project management and scheduling. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure compliance with design specifications. Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track. Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and adherence to safety standards. Prepare reports on project status, including updates on timelines, budgets, and any issues encountered. Manage contracts and ensure all parties fulfill their obligations. Qualifications Proven experience in project management within the HVAC/Refrigeration industry. Strong knowledge of Refrigeration systems. Strong skills in blueprint reading and construction management principles. Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera or similar tools. Familiarity with Bluebeam for document management and collaboration. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills for liaising with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Experience with project coordination and managing multiple projects simultaneously is preferred. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus. #IND1
