- Endicott, NY We are seeking a Consulting Project Specialist to be an integral part of our internal teams, providing essential support for our consulting projects.
This role focuses on agile coordination and practical problem-solving rather than traditional quantitative analysis. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth project operations, clear communication, and ultimately, client satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses strong critical thinking skills and the ability to quickly understand, synthesize, and draw accurate conclusions from various project materials, whether written, numerical, or financial.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate closely with our consulting team from our Endicott office. Gather, organize, and summarize project information to inform findings and recommendations. Incorporate insights from stakeholders, program documentation, and client discussions to support decision-making. Prepare client-facing reports using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Facilitate clear communication by exchanging information, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain facility data, including tracking and managing cleanable square footage and fixture information. Coordinate and host client calls and communications. Track overall project status and manage open action items. Provide flexible, patient, and creative solutions as challenges arise. Support internal teams with various other duties and special projects.
What You’ll Bring:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. A business-related field is beneficial, but we will consider candidates with at least 2+ years of relevant experience in facility services, project coordination, or project support. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. You are a motivated team player who communicates effectively both verbally and in writing. Adaptability and a commitment to high-quality work. You can efficiently multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, and thrive on continuous learning while supporting multiple projects and clients. Exceptional attention to detail. A positive, hardworking attitude that aligns with our company values and enables successful collaboration with diverse users, customers, and team members.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with project coordination or project management support. Experience in a support role involving scheduling or business process documentation.

Starting at $20.00/hour.
Location:
This is an in-office position in Endicott, New York. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance; no relocation package is offered.
