GPAC is partnering with a leading steelfabrication company with decades of experience in the region. Theyare seeking a talented Structural Steel/Miscellaneous Metal ProjectManager to join their team.

Qualifications:

Experience:

5 years instructural steel fabrication.

Software Proficiency:

Skilled inBluebeam software.

Business Growth:

Proven track record inexpanding a book of business.

Resource Management:

Ability toorganize people, tools, and time to meet deadlines.

Initiative:

Proactive in taking responsibility.

Relationship Building:

Stronginterpersonal skills to foster positive relationships withcolleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

KeyResponsibilities:

Manage the fabrication, assembly, andinstallation of structural steel components. Develop and implementcomprehensive project plans. Ensure the accuracy of all blueprintsand drawings. Create and oversee project schedules for timelycompletion. Monitor project budgets, resources, and costs.

Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions withcustomers and management.

Essential Functions:

Interpret structuraldrawings and engineering documents. Experience in structural steeldetailing and fabrication. Proficient in Microsoft Office andBluebeam software. Lead projects and manage team memberseffectively. Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Communicate and present information clearly.

Skills:

Strongorganizational and problem-solving abilities. Capable of workingindependently and collaboratively. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, andproactive mindset. Self-motivated and able to perform underpressure.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary:

$85,000 – $100,000
