Project Manager Position Available In Chemung, New York

We are seeking a detail oriented Project Manager for our Wall Panel office that will manage assigned projects to help insure our core values of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage projects from planning through completion. Support foremen and crews by ensuring they have the necessary materials, tools, and information. Attend and contribute to pre-job meetings to ensure proper preparation. Coordinate project documentation, including shop drawings, submittals, and change orders. Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress, attend meetings, and assist in resolving issues. Track project timelines, budgets, and job progress. Maintain strong communication with supervisors, owners, and subcontractors. Stay informed on industry best practices and new wall panel technologies. Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or as an assistant project manager, preferably in construction or a related industry. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Willingness to work in both office and field environments. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment. Comfortable using computers and project management tools. Must be willing to work outdoors during normal work hours. Ability to maintain a weight of less than 300 lbs. (including clothing and backpack) to comply with roofing safety standards.
