Job Description
Disability Assessment Coordinator The Drexel Group Inc. Buffalo, NY 14206 • Hybrid work The Assessor Coordinator is responsible for conducting thorough assessments to determine level of care needs for adults and children with disabilities. This is a full time position – Hybrid. Monday -Friday with 2 days working 10-7pm, 11-9pm or 12-9pm and 3 days 8-5pm or 9am-6pm. Also must work one weekend day a month. Must have one year of experience conducting assessments with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Strong analytical and communication skills. Bachelors degree in Human Services required.
Computer skills required:
Must be able to navigate between screens and are familiar with spreadsheet and database software, Email and Word.
