Project Manager-Remote Job Description The non-IT project manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple client projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables meet the highest quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation, planning, and execution to monitoring, quality control, and closure. Develop detailed project plans and timelines in collaboration with account management, creative, digital, and strategy teams. Manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on expectations. Coordinate and facilitate internal team meetings and client status meetings, ensuring alignment and clear communication on project progress. Track project performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans to address issues before they impact project outcomes. Allocate resources, including personnel, time, and out-of-pocket expenses, to ensure efficient project delivery. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that competing priorities are balanced effectively. Ensure that all project assets are properly stored, organized, and archived. Essential Skills 5-7 years of experience in project management, ideally within an advertising, marketing, or communications agency. Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus. Proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc. Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. PMI or PMP certification is preferred but not required. Pharmaceutical marketing experience in an agency is highly desired. Experience with Ziflow, Wrike, and Veeva is strongly preferred. Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR) Submissions experience is strongly preferred. Work Environment This position offers the flexibility of being 100% fully remote. Some teams may vary in structure, consisting of 4-5 full-time employees and 8+ freelance consultants.
