Position Overview:

Upstate Niagara Cooperative is seeking a strategic and hands-on SAP Training Lead and Project Manager to lead end-user training for our SAP implementation and integration with our LMS. This role manages training planning, content development, stakeholder engagement, and rollout across all sites. The ideal candidate will have expertise in

SAP, LMS

administration, project management, and change enablement (Prosci/ADKAR). Post-SAP, this role supports Learning & Development training initiatives, organizational change, curriculum planning and development, and workshop facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP Training, Implementation, and Sustainability + Explore & Planning Phase – Drive SAP training strategy and stakeholder engagement; align curriculum with integrators; oversee LMS setup, content import (SAP Enable Now), and curriculum development process; manage logistics and stakeholder readiness. + Realize Phase – Review training materials, ensure weekly training cadences are organized, align training schedules, ensure training materials are approved before Train the Trainer, support Train-the-Trainer efforts, publish content to LMS, set up and conduct training evaluations, and ensure stakeholder feedback and course role alignment. + Deploy Phase – Oversee end-user training delivery, monitor end user training completions, evaluate effectiveness, and report progress to leadership. + Hypercare Phase – Support post-Go Live training, new hire onboarding, and document lessons learned with the integration team. + Sustain Phase – Provide ongoing end-user support, coordinate LMS updates, and contribute to continuous improvement of training programs. 2. Post SAP + Management responsibilities of the organizational LMS system. + Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to assess and respond to organizational learning needs. + Project management, collaborate, and strategize with site leaders to develop training and project plans, support training implementation, and create job aids to support learning. Evaluate current systems and provide continuous improvement to current systems. + Work cross functionally to support UNC operations and systems. + Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

+ 5+ years experience in training project management, SAP enablement, and/or enterprise-level ERP implementation. + Adept in use of Learning Management Systems and preferably SAP Enable now. + Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills. + Strong instructional design and technical writing capabilities. + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and influence without authority. + Associate’s degree or higher and/or comparable certification in education or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in manufacturing, food processing, or GMP-regulated environments. + Project management certification (e.g., PMP). + Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. + Familiarity with Prosci® ADKAR or equivalent change management framework.

Learning Management Systems Pay:

$110,000-$140,000 per year•The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position. Actual salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, budget available, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, in addition to internal equity. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package.
