Position Summary:

We’re seeking a Seasoned Administrative Project Coordinator who is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person will work directly with ownership and the internal team to help manage multiple ongoing business initiatives. From operations and production to vendor communication and special projects, this is a key role for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and help keep things moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a central point of contact for various internal and external projects Manage calendars, timelines, and task tracking for projects across departments Assist in drafting emails, memos, internal documents, SOPs, and basic presentations Organize digital files and communication using Google Drive and G Suite tools Coordinate logistics with suppliers, vendors, and production team members Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables; report weekly updates to owners Take ownership of follow-ups, ensuring no detail falls through the cracks Help document workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement Occasionally assist with office admin needs (mail, scheduling, records, etc.)

Qualifications:

background a plus) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, Gmail, etc.) Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Self-starter with a “figure it out” attitude—comfortable working with limited direction Eagerness to learn and grow within a small but rapidly expanding company Comfortable working in-person at our Brooklyn location and interacting directly with the owners
