Project Manager Best Mechanical Plumbing 1254 Utica Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11203 Positon Summary BM Plumbing is seeking a Site Manager with at least one year of field experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing all aspects of project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to grow with our team. Responsibilities Oversee multiple projects, supervising foremen and ensuring subcontractors meet performance expectations. Act as the primary contact for team leads, contractors, vendors, and clients. Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely execution. Review plans, specifications, and submittals to ensure project requirements are met. Oversee jobsite activities to ensure safety and quality standards. Address project changes, including preparing change orders and RFIs. Maintain and update project documentation, including permits and reports. Support the field team with leadership and resolve on-site challenges. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience as a Site Manager. Prior Plumbing field experience is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
