An established and growing general contractor is hiring aProject Manager to lead commercial ground-up and renovationprojects across Brooklyn. This is a hands-on leadership role withdirect accountability for project planning, client relations,subcontractor management, and execution from preconstructionthrough closeout. Client Details The client is a reputablemid-sized GC with over two decades of experience deliveringhigh-quality commercial projects throughout Brooklyn and the fiveboroughs. Their portfolio spans retail, charter schools, healthcareclinics, mixed-use developments, and light industrial. With deepcommunity ties and a lean, collaborative structure, the firmprioritizes transparency, repeat business, and professional growthfor its team.
