Job Description:

This is a hands-on Project Manager role leading new constructionprojects from preconstruction through final turnover. You’lloversee complex ground-up developments, coordinating fieldoperations, design consultants, and subcontractors to ensuredelivery on time, on budget, and to spec. They specialize in ground-up mid-riseresidential, mixed-use, and institutional buildings across Brooklynand Queens, with a growing reputation for craftsmanship,transparency, and a boots-on-the-ground approach to projectexecution. Description Manage ground-up construction projects frompreconstruction through closeout Direct all aspects of the projectlifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, permitting,and subcontractor coordination Lead on-site meetings with owners,architects, and engineers; ensure alignment on design intent andconstruction methodology Review and manage subcontractor scopes,bids, and buyouts Maintain the master schedule and mitigate risksthrough proactive planning Ensure compliance with NYC DOB codes,safety protocols, and internal quality standards Oversee site staffand collaborate closely with the superintendent to ensure smoothfield execution Track and approve change orders, review monthlybilling, and manage project financials Profile You’re a confident,technically skilled project manager with a successful track recorddelivering ground-up projects in NYC. You thrive in fast-pacedenvironments, enjoy solving complex construction challenges, andhave the leadership skills to guide teams and manage clientrelationships.

Qualifications:
