As we scale and streamline our operations, we’re looking for a dedicated Project Manager who’s ready to dive in, help lead the charge, and grow with us. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in roofing to oversee and manage roofing projects from start to finish. This role is best suited for someone who is hardworking, highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about the trade. You’ll play a key role in keeping crews on track, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring quality standards are met—all while working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage on-site roofing crews across multiple projects Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high-quality standards Coordinate with clients, suppliers, inspectors, and team members Maintain and update project documentation using modern software tools Monitor job costs and ensure proper materials and labor are accounted for Adapt to varying seasonal demands (peak summer hours, light winter schedule) Handle daily planning, scheduling, and problem-solving on-site Communicate clearly with leadership, offering progress updates and improvement ideas Support the company in scaling and refining our operations Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years roofing experience , with proven leadership on job sites Prior experience in project management or crew supervision Strong understanding of various roofing systems and materials Comfortable with long hours during busy seasons and a flexible schedule Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills Ability to manage multiple crews and shifting priorities Proficient with technology (apps, tablets, cloud tools, etc.) Must be physically capable of being on-site as needed Passionate, dependable, and ready to put in the work as we grow Compensation & Perks Starting salary of $70,000/year , negotiable based on experience Seasonal flexibility: heavier summer workload / lighter winter schedule Opportunity for advancement and leadership as the company grows Join a tight-knit, motivated team with a family-first culture Submit your resume and a brief statement of interest when applying.
