This is where it begins—Ravi Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C. (RE&LS) is seeking a full-time Project Manager in our Environmental Department with a proven track record of experience working on projects focused in Asbestos, Lead, PCB, and Mold regulations and consulting. As a Project Manager you will be expected to provide leadership, collaboration and effective communication within the department, and exercise project authority. Responsibilities; Complete projects in a safe, compliant, and timely manner. Develop budgets, prepare proposals, and establish scopes of work and schedules. Hold kick-off meetings with staff assigned to the project. Plan, oversee, and perform (as needed) hazardous materials inspections. Develop Plans, Specifications, and Text Narratives for Abatement Projects. Attend project meetings throughout the project phases, including design and construction phases. Provide QA/QC of reports, drawings, and specifications prior to client delivery. Coordinate with in-house Designers and Engineers on project drawings. Review and approve invoices. Assist in the training of staff. Maintain Client relationships and satisfaction. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors as necessary to complete projects. Coordinate with Professional Architects and Engineers and provide professional consulting services that offer compliant and cost-effective solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 5+ years of relative project experience on hazardous materials projects (Asbestos, Lead, PCB) Valid NYS driver’s License OSHA 40-hour
