TheSenior Program Manager – Executive Creative Projects is anexperienced and highly organized professional responsible foroverseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery ofcreative programs and projects. The Senior Program Manager isresponsible for developing clear project timelines, settingmilestones, and coordinating resources from concept through tocompletion. The Senior Program Manager will manage workflows,ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, and serve as the mainpoint of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors tomaintain clear expectations and project alignment. Keyresponsibilities include delegating tasks to creative professionals(designers, writers, etc.), ensuring a balanced workload andaccountability, while leveraging basic knowledge of design software(Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) to better understand projectrequirements, tracking budgets, allocating resources efficiently,and ensuring cost-effective execution of all programs and projects.

The Senior Program Manager plays a crucial role in qualityassurance, ensuring all deliverables meet both creative and brandstandards before final approval. Identifying potential roadblocksand proactively developing solutions to maintain project scheduleswill be an essential responsibility. Utilizing project managementtools to optimize workflows and improve efficiency (knowledge ofAdobe Workfront is preferred) will be key to success. Additionally,conducting post-project retrospectives to assess successes,challenges, and opportunities for future improvements. The SeniorProgram Manager works collaboratively with stakeholders to developstrategic initiatives, manage the execution of such initiatives,and constantly evolve and cultivate assets for a world-classecosystem. The Senior Program Manager participates in gapidentification and assessment to drive prioritization of work andmay lead contract negotiations with external collaborators foractivities within their assigned programs. Initiates, activelymanages, and maintains positive working relationships with internaland external groups. Acts as a mentor for direct and indirectreport team members. The Senior Program Manager worksindependently, assuming primary responsibility for planning,directing, coordinating and delivering initiative and projectactivities through the entire project life cycle (from initiationto completion) that are major/complex/business critical. The SeniorProgram Manager is responsible to lead project objectives andcompletion on time, on budget, and in conformance to Mayo Clinicproject management methodologies and standards. Responsible forgenerating and managing the overall budget (as applicable) withintheir assigned collaborations and for related projects. Leads andprovides direction in the development and tracking of projectbudgets. This position requires significant capacity to managemultiple competing objectives, to prioritize, and to communicatecomplex information in clear and unambiguous terms to managementand leadership. This individual may support leadership in strategicplanning processes. Presents project requests to internal andexternal committees and oversight bodies to receive approval andproject direction and input. Independently leads problem-solvingand decision-making activities, within the scope of their assignedcollaborations and related projects and change management processestaking reasonable and prudent actions to accomplish agreed uponproject objectives. Leverages years of experience to managestakeholder relationships and extensive projects, and is highlycompetent in the implementation of project results. Uses advancednegotiation skills that are characterized by innovative thinking.

Must have strong business acumen with the ability to work withpeople from diverse functional backgrounds and build relationshipsacross the organization. May require matrix supervision andevaluation of staff from other departments and divisions,individuals from their assigned external collaborations,and/contractor/vendor resources. May have direct and indirectreports and be in a position to employ and guide the project staffin a goal-oriented way within projects. Qualifications • Bachelorsdegree in management, business administration, health careadministration, or related field with 7 years of related businessand/or project management experience or Masters degree inmanagement, business administration, health care administration, orrelated field with 3 years of related business and/or projectmanagement experience. • Education preference: project management,business administration, management. Previous experience as aproject manager (large, complex projects) or program manager ispreferred.
