Monday•Friday 06/16/2025 Job Description Overview This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s): New York, New Jersey, North Carolina. We are seeking a highly capable and collaborative Design & Delivery Lead to join the Business Transformation team as a business-area-aligned leader. This role will serve as the key transformation partner to an executive business leader, supporting the definition, design, and delivery of strategic change within a business unit. This includes strategy clarification, org design, roadmap alignment, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional integration across platforms and functions. This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role that helps ensure enterprise transformation is grounded in business reality — unlocking scale, consistency, and value creation through partnership, structured delivery, and deep business alignment. Responsibilities Business Area Strategy Support Partner with business unit executives to shape, pressure test, and align business area strategies Ensure strategic alignment with enterprise operating model, client segmentation, and capability vision Connect strategic intent to roadmap design, integration efforts, and org implications Org Design & Business Integration Support the definition of future-state team structures and capabilities Drive alignment of legacy teams and embedded functions through operating model changes Advise on organizational implications of strategy and technology platform evolution Policy & Process Design & Execution Identify opportunities for process optimization and simplification Support development and delivery of business policies, workflows, and operating procedures Coordinate with functional partners to implement process change across impacted areas Go-to-Market & Sales Strategy Execution Translate segment and client needs into effective sales strategies and support models Align GTM and relationship management changes with product, operations, and enablement partners Support implementation planning for sales coverage and team changes Business Roadmap & Decision Enablement Collaborate with transformation and business leads to define and deliver integrated business roadmaps Identify business requirements and interdependencies for platform decisions and scalability initiatives Lead options analysis and tradeoff assessments to support enterprise decision-making Facilitate stakeholder alignment and prepare recommendations for approval through formal governance Change Readiness Alignment Ensure roadmap execution aligns with enterprise change management standards and frameworks. Partner with transformation’s change management leaders to assess organizational readiness, apply toolkits, and track adoption risks. Coordinate with internal and external comms partners on timing, messaging, and enablement plans. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of experience in Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services industry OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services industry

Preferred:

8+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy execution, or organizational design Experience in commercial banking or financial services preferred Familiarity with product development lifecycles, go-to-market models, and platform integration Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and support executive stakeholders Strong analytical, facilitation, and structured problem-solving skills Experience building workstreams and delivery structures that ensure transformation projects are aligned with strategic priorities. Excellent communication and influence skills — across business, tech, and operations stakeholders

Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
