- Architect/Engineer offices, Real Estate Agencies, Developers, Contractors and Business/Home owners are welcome!
Our offices provide from the preparation of plans (Drafting), filing with DOB and other required departments, obataining Permits, Letter of Completion/Certificate of Occupancy. Our in-house architects, engineers and project managers are licensed and have minimum of 15+ years of experiences in New York City Residential/Commercial buildings. We’re able to handle multiple
DOB BIS/DOB NOW
projects efficiently in timely manner and are excellent at problem solving. Free consulatition is offered and service fees can be generated upon request. CO Applications are limited to low rise buildings (under 6 stories). List of services
- Consultation/Pre-Determination
- Full Architectrual/Engineering Services (Licensed)
- Full Expediting Services (Licensed)
- Full Drafting services (existing/proposed)
- Full Zoning Analysis for CO Applications
- On-Site Inspections/Job Site Measurements
- Special/Progressive/Energy Inspections (Optional)
- Asbestos Investigation (Optional)
- Record – Full block and lot research
- Permit Processing
- DOB/DEP/DOF/LPC/Borough President’s Office for House Number Verifications & More
- Open violation removal (DOB/ECB/HPD)
