HR Project Manager
Join a dynamic team as an HR Project Manager, where you’ll lead impactful talent initiatives and drive the success of a manager training program and a next-gen Learning Experience Platform. Responsibilities
Lead the rollout of a manager training program by coordinating with various teams and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery. Manage project plans, schedules, and risk assessments to ensure the smooth execution of training initiatives. Oversee the implementation of a modern Learning Experience Platform, collaborating with IT and external vendors. Ensure successful integration with existing systems and manage content migration plans. Drive change management and communication efforts to enhance adoption and engagement.
Skills
Proven project management experience, particularly in HR or learning and development initiatives. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to keep projects on track and aligned. Experience working with digital platforms and enterprise systems.
Preferred Skills
Experience with learning platforms or digital HR technology implementation. Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
