Oversee and guide Site Acquisition Vendors and work closely with RF, Construction, Inhouse/Outside Counsel, Environmental and Regulatory personnel to assure projects move quickly and efficiently (cost effectively) from project onset through Real Estate Complete, including Search, SCIP (Site Candidate Identification Package), Leasing and Zoning/Permitting (and/or Notice to Proceed) and RE Complete.
Key components:
Understanding of Land Use (zoning experience) – some understanding of environmental and regulatory requirements/protocols Good project management skills (organized, adept with various computer applications such MS Office, Google Suite, great diligence and follow up skills) Strong communication skills (oral and written) Wireless Leasing experience Strong Negotiation Skills How to problem solve and work through issues – good risk management skills Database management (we use Fuze) Review/approve initial funding/invoices for processing vendor invoices through management Local knowledge preferred (vs someone from Cincinnati, Waco, Texas or Dubuque, Iowa by way of example) Some level of RF understanding preferred (e.g. know the differences between a small cell vs a macro, a 2 sector site vs a 3 sector site, a directional site vs an omni, low band vs high band, coverage vs capacity, etc.) By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively “Judge”) to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
