Position Overview:
The International Programming Coordinator will support global programming and marketing operations across multiple international regions including Africa, the UK, France, and Brazil. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in media coordination, project management, and cross-functional team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate communication and logistics across U.S. and international teams (South Africa, UK, France, Brazil). Organize and lead meetings related to programming pipelines and marketing updates. Manage distribution and tracking of creative assets including promos, key art, and AE files. Coordinate travel and on-site logistics for major events (e.g., awards shows). Support programming delivery timelines and international premiere planning. Maintain asset libraries, manage rights data, and update internal databases. Delegate and supervise tasks assigned to project-based employees (PBEs). Process invoices, timesheets, and administrative paperwork. Liaise with marketing, social, legal, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
Key Meetings and Collaboration Areas:
Bi-weekly and weekly internal meetings with programming, legal, compliance, and music teams. Regular international check-ins with regional teams to discuss performance, marketing, and programming needs. Participation in synergy and operations meetings for strategic planning and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in coordination, media operations, or project management roles. Strong proficiency in G Sheets, G Suite, and MS Teams. Demonstrated ability to conduct effective research and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure. Experience with scheduling, rights management, and content distribution is a plus. Familiarity with entertainment/media industry workflows preferred.
Work Environment:
Hybrid role with on-site work required in NYC 3 days/week (days are flexible). Occasional domestic travel required (1-2 times per year). Ability to work occasional irregular hours, including weekends, during major events.
