How you’ll make an impact
Direct the comprehensive oversight of the organization’s project portfolio, ensuring effective lifecycle management from planning to closure, including lessons learned and benefits realization. Deliver detailed analysis and metrics on delivery status, timelines, risks, issues, financials, and resource chargeback.
Lead the development and integration of the Project Delivery Lifecycle, Methodology, and Framework across all divisions, ensuring consistent adherence and refinement.
Design and manage a governance structure that supports strategic investment decisions aligned with organizational priorities. Ensure visibility into project delivery status and risk management, chairing the monthly Change Committee with senior leadership.
Develop and maintain processes, templates, and tools to enhance project delivery. Provide strategic coaching and create engagement plans for communication and training.
Establish a collaborative change community across divisions, facilitating forums and training to embed the Project Delivery Framework and share best practices.
Drive the adoption and strategic enhancement of the Corporate PPM Tool for unified project views, collaborating globally on improvements.
Lead and develop a team of PMO Analysts, enhancing skills and fostering continuous improvement through strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with Risk & Compliance to provide strategic updates and indicators for Board Risk positions related to change activities.
Partner with Finance to ensure strategic budget tracking, accurate forecasting, and reporting.
Cultivate strategic networks with divisional leadership to ensure governance adherence and provide guidance.
Collaborate with teams to share knowledge and drive process improvements.
Manage offshore team activities to support SOPs and implement improvements.
Lead strategic improvements in project tools and processes, leveraging external insights.
Represent PMO in meetings, presenting strategic information to senior stakeholders.
Manage tasks and provide training to support team career development.
Collaborate on PMO and business priorities and alignment.
Learn various aspects Project Management execution from PMO team members and manager and be able to apply those learnings in work responsibilities. Stay informed on PMO practices to drive strategic innovation.
About You
Bachelor’s degree required
3-5 years’ Project Management experience
Excellent knowledge of the PMO function and managing change within an organization
Proficient in tracking and reporting on project status with a focus on exception-based reporting at program and portfolio level
Experience of rolling out project management tools and processes to stakeholder with various levels of change knowledge
A proven ability to identify and implement continuous improvement of business processes.
Proficient in data analysis to identify root causes of business problems and to propose appropriate solutions
