Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Manage project costs, schedules, manpower, and subcontractor agreements. Support safety programs and quality control initiatives. Build strong client relationships through regular communication on project progress and financials. Provide monthly cost reports, forecasts, and manage project risks. Contribute to estimating, bidding, and workload planning.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and document management. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with COINS and BIM 360 is a plus. Excellent multitasking, time management, and client-facing skills. Proven ability to build positive relationships with clients and project teams.
