Monday-Friday Job Requirements:
- Manage portfolio of grants, contracts, applications and management approvals
- Assist with development of reports and presentations
- Provide coordination and primary point of contact with other internal departments
- Process invoices, payment and disbursement requests and desk audits
- Collaborate with Life Sciences to create annual reports with supporting data and statistics
- Draft memos, talking points, briefings for internal departments and New York State officials
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Project management experience including full project life cycle
- Collaboration, teamwork, conflict resolution
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Experience with project budgeting and scheduling
- Strong leadership to motivate and delegate team tasks Principals only.
