Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead and manage project personnel, ensuring on-time and successful delivery through effective oversight of schedule, cost, and risk. This individual will act as the primary point of contact with the client on all project-related matters and must be able to independently engage with users and stakeholders to define, document, and validate business processes and rules. The role requires a strong understanding of business and system functional requirements aligned with the overall project objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage project personnel, with responsibility for project schedule, cost, and risk management. Ensure timely and successful project delivery through effective oversight and leadership. Serve as the primary liaison with the client for all project-related communications and issues. Independently interact with users and stakeholders to: Define and document business processes and business rules. Validate existing workflows. Identify both business and system functional requirements in alignment with project goals.

Required Experience & Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in project management and business analysis.

Certification:

PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification required.
