Role Overview:
Fintech client in NYC is seeking a seasoned, passionate, and adaptable Product Manager with a passion for building the future of Open Finance, who can help us expand the capabilities of our financial data platform and drive new business and market share.
In this role, you will define strategy and priorities, and deliver the roadmap, for orchestration and onboarding of clients. You will partner with teams such as Marketing, Technology, and Sales, to deliver value that directly contributes to the success of our company.
This role is ideal for a hands-on individual contributor who can work across teams and functions to influence other product areas.

The role requires someone comfortable with operating in a highly dynamic environment, who thrives on navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems. Key Responsibilities
Develop the product vision, strategy, roadmap and will communicate that vision and roadmap across the organization.
Own performance against key business metrics and will proactively report progress against those goals to the relevant stakeholders.
Own features and experiments end-to-end, including writing product specs, driving cross-functional execution, ensuring the right go to market plans are in place, and sharing insights and results throughout the company.
Define strategy and drive customer and consumer experience.
Authority on your product area, and will consult with industry experts to ensure our practices and policies are keeping up with the latest developments and ensure product compliance with relevant consumer privacy and financial services regulations
Partner with Product Marketing to develop and/or enhance sales collateral
Conduct market research and analyze and size market opportunities and/or existing program/use case performance, to help the team prioritize use cases and drive revenue
Competitive tracking and analysis / positioning
Manage/support development of business cases
Define business requirements for product enhancements, new use cases and features
Work with and support customer sales
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in human computer Interaction or related discipline, master s degree preferred
10+ years of experience in a product management role, preferably in a SaaS/FinTech environment, and 5+ years of experience in product leadership
Experience with developing new business models
Excellent analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills
Understanding of end user and client experience, and data sharing capabilities.
An ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders from go-to-market to policy, legal to security, and more. You build support for your ideas by default but can drive hard decisions when needed.
You can take rough themes and ideas big and small, and turn them into a roadmap of fixes, new features, experiments, requirements, and research in service of a larger vision.
You are comfortable and skilled at communicating to and gaining traction with audiences of all sizes, from executive meetings with our CEO, to customer meetings, to company all-hands and external events.
You create written communication that is clear, concise and effective, and can individualize for different audiences.
The ability to work collaboratively, especially with Engineering, Implementation and Operations teams
Ability to work on and manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently
Positive attitude and self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a matrixed and team environment
Solid understanding of competitive offering and industry trends
Comply with the Company s in-office work policy
Preferred skills and experience:
Previous experience working with developer, infrastructure, or cloud technologies
Creative experience (video, graphics, etc.)
Experience creating and running A/B and CRO tests on content engagement, including sharing recommendation of data-driven changes
Practical understanding of the APIs for Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AdWords, Twitter and LinkedIn Marketing preferred
Experience with marketing automation software platforms like Pardot, Hubspot, AutoPilot, etc.
Content ideation and trend identification tools, e.g., Buzzsumo, Google Trends, Mention, Brand24, etc.
Website and analytics platforms
Marketing data integration, visualization and reporting platforms
Native content platforms
