Project Manager Kotobuki Seating International 48 West 21st Street, New York, NY 10010 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope. Duties Lead project planning sessions, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Utilize PMBOK guidelines to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives. Implement project management tools such as Salesforce and Workday for tracking progress and reporting. Employ Kanban methodologies to enhance workflow efficiency and team productivity. Conduct regular status meetings to present updates, address challenges, and adjust plans as necessary. Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making processes throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor team members, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. Skills Proficient in Project Management principles, including PMBOK standards. Strong experience in project planning and execution with a focus on delivering results. Familiarity with Salesforce for managing customer relationships and project tracking. Knowledge of Project Engineering principles to support technical aspects of projects. Excellent presentation skills for effectively communicating project status to stakeholders. Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data for informed decision-making. Experience with Workday for resource management and reporting functions. Demonstrated leadership capabilities to guide teams through challenges and drive success.
