Role:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive project success from inception to delivery. In this role, you will manage timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You’ll work closely with teams across Tech, Product, and Operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment and progress. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Identify risks and roadblocks early. Proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners. Ensure consistent, transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Continuously improve project management processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes. Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) to track progress, assign tasks, and report on key metrics. Monitor project budgets, control costs, and optimize resource usage.

Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Slack, Notion). Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies. Background in hospitality or experience working in a startup or small business environment. Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, CSM, PRINCE2). Familiarity with software development, UX/UI, or other technical disciplines.
