You will advise key buyers, primarily private equity funds, their portfolio companies and corporates, on their post acquisition insurance arrangements by undertaking a through analysis of the insurance arrangements and add to the value chain by creating presenting technical reports for clients. You will also take responsibility for maintaining existing relationships with the firms M&A client base and other key stakeholders within the business. We are keen to speak with individuals with insurance due diligence experience with ambition to take on more responsibility and access leadership opportunities.
