Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager- Remote We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, encompassing software, hardware, production, and game studio teams. This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end project lifecycle in alignment with company’s PMO standards, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of technology, product content, and hardware releases. Key Responsibilities Lead full project lifecycle management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Coordinate cross-functional teams across software, hardware, production, and game development to deliver projects on time and within scope. Collaborate with Finance to track R D project costs and ensure compliance with capitalization policies. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, schedules, risk registers, and lessons learned. Facilitate regular project status meetings, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communications. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Support continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and templates. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience managing technical projects Proven experience delivering complex projects involving software, hardware, and content development. Strong cross-functional program management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet). Familiarity with R D cost tracking and capitalization practices.
