Job Description A leading healthcare system is seeking a fully remote Project Manager to oversee timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across grant-funded research initiatives. This individual will manage the National Community Engagement Group (NCEG) Publication Subcommittee and work closely with the Principal Investigator and site leads to ensure timely and efficient project execution. The Project Manager will lead project planning, track progress, and report on milestones while managing standard operating procedures, presentations, and meeting documentation. They will monitor key performance indicators and risks using SharePoint and dashboards and provide guidance on manuscript development and data analytics. The role involves collaboration with communications and authorship teams, participation in NIH and PPOC meetings, and coordination with various research cores and committees. The Project Manager will also ensure compliance with publication standards and contractual obligations. A PMP certification is required, along with a strong background in research project management, stakeholder engagement, and experience with peer-reviewed publications and data management tools.
