Job Description
Overview As the Sr. Coordinator, MLS NEXT Pro Special Projects supports business initiatives and coordinates cross-functional projects to achieve organizational goals. In addition, this role performs administrative duties for the Senior Leadership team. Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities Oversees special executive-level projects and independently executes strategic projects, research, and assignments. Assists with
MLS NEXT
Pro Commercial Operations department and League expansion projects. Participates in
MLS NEXT
Pro-wide projects related to Board and Committee meetings. Performs administrative duties for
MLS NEXT
Pro executive team, including managing calendars and travel, handling correspondence, and preparing expense reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field 2+ years of work experience Required Skills Strategic thinker and problem solver who is ambitious and wants to learn the business of sports. Possesses strong organizational and project management skills, proactively taking on assignments to drive key projects forward for the League. Dedicated to professional excellence and a high quality of work product. Able to work in a fast paced, team environment. Strong interpersonal skills and has the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally. Has flexibility to travel and work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Has ability to use discretion and maintains high levels of confidentiality. Has excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Total Rewards Starting Base Salary:
$62,400 – $68,000. MLS/SUM base salaries are contingent upon several factors including individual qualifications, market financials, and operational business needs.
