Assistant Project Manager/Estimator Responsibilities:
Work Closely with Project Manager and Company Executives on daily management of construction operations Review project plans and specifications Organize, track project submittals and documentation Visit Job Sites and document & measure existing conditions Assist with project estimating, conduct takeoffs of architectural plans
Skills Required:
Efficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Communication Skills:
Verbal & Written Detail Oriented and Organized Ability to understand and interpret architectural plans and specifications Must be able to climb ladders
Preferred Skills:
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and PDF Editing Programs (Highly Preferred) Estimating Software experience
Previous Construction Industry Experience Education:
Minimum 2-year college degree preferably in construction management, engineering or architectural field
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$44,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
