Job Responsibilities:

Develop future-state operations solutions, including detailed current and future-state process documentation
Support business capability assessment, design, alignment, and roadmapping for product line with cross-functional teams
Construct business case, including value projections and detailed investment estimate
Track objectives and key results to assess benefit realization of products/initiatives
Support change management and product roll-out plan
Implement marketing, sales, business development, user acquisition, and user support strategies

Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering or relevant field
3-5 years relevant business experience
Experience working on digital product teams
Experience in Agile product or project management
Financial modeling and value case development experience
Experience in material management, warehousing operations or supply chain/logistics
