More about the role We’re looking for a Project Manager•Post Sales to join Ephesus Sports Lighting based in Syracuse, New York . You will oversee project management functions related to Tier 1 claims and customer interactions. Your leadership will ensure that projects are executed efficiently and meet customer expectations. Project Oversight:

Lead project management activities for Tier 1 claims, coordinating with Regional PMs, Tier 1 Manager and Teir 2 Field Quality Engineer to ensure timely execution.

Claim Resolution:

Manage warranty claims, ensuring compliance with service guidelines and obtaining necessary approvals.

Site Visits:

Conduct site visits for projects, ensuring all requirements are met and documented.

Legal Review Coordination:

Facilitate legal reviews for Tier 1 claims, escalating issues to Tier 1 Manager as necessary.

Weekly Calls:

Organize and lead weekly post sales and failure analysis calls, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Tier 1 CSRs and FQE teams to maintain customer relationships and ensure project success.

Documentation Management:

Maintain project documentation and ensure all team members have access to necessary information. What you’ll need Bachelors degree in communications, business, or related discipline from an accredited institution Proven experience in project management or a related field. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
