PrimaryResponsibilities Oversees and coordinates the planning andimplementation of concrete frame and formwork projects. Performsjobsite inspections/audits of shoring, rebar/pt installation,safety, and quality. Responsible for managing the projectproductivity, costs, quality and safety consistent with companypolicies and practices. Manages assigned projects including workingwith local team to develop processes for delivering total concretesolutions. Reads rebar shop drawings, post-tension shop drawings,and structural drawings. Supervises the activity and development ofAssistant Project Managers. Develops and maintains customerrelationships to enhance company’s ability to procure projects,reduce risk, and ensure operational efficiency. Monitors theoverall safety and quality issues on the project. Assists with thedevelopment and coordination of material and equipment schedulesand promotes their efficient use. Manages and coordinates allsubcontractor and vendor contracts and associated processes andprocedures. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineeringor Construction Management, or an equivalent combination ofeducation and professional concrete frame project managementexperience. Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience incommercial concrete shell construction supporting similar keyposition responsibilities. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectivelywith all levels of the organization, as well as with customers andvendors. Detail-oriented with the ability to efficiently analyzeand organize significant amounts of information regarding planlayouts, material deliveries, and jobsite productivities.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Advanced knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements andregulations. Ability to travel and work for extended periods oftime on projects outside of the office area. PreferredQualifications Experienced developing and delivering salespresentations and negotiating contracts in the constructionindustry are a plus. Advanced knowledge of web-based projectmanagement software tools for managing and tracking projects andtasks.
