In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects while ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful completion of objectives. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes. Create submittals Communicate effectively with team members, , and clients to provide updates on project status. Support data entry tasks and maintain organized records for easy access and retrieval. Utilize computer software for project management and reporting purposes. Perform clerical duties as needed, including filing, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project progress and resolve any issues that arise. Requirements Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience in plumbing/construction administration Familiarity with project management principles is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment. A keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks.
